The new ARTipelago web site allows you to place your order on line using our secure shopping cart system. If you have never ordered online, please read the information below, alternatively, if you are unsure about on line purchasing, you may download an order form to fax or mail.

Ordering by mail or fax

If you would like to place an order for ARTipelago designs, or reorder, you may download an order form (requires Adobe PDF reader) to send by mail or fax.

I have never purchased online before - is it safe?

The ARTipelago Online Store supplies you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter into our 'checkout'. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure. Shopping Online is just as secure (if not more secure) than at any other time you may use your credit card.

ARTipelago accept Visa Card and MasterCard.

How do I add to my Shopping List

To place an order online you need to have browsed our product and added items to your shopping list. You do this within a product page, by selecting a product, material & colourway, and entering a quantity. Then add the item to your list by clicking 'add to list'. When the product is added to your list 'item added' will appear.

Computer Display Properties

For best viewing results, please ensure that your computer is capable of meeting the following display properties:

  • a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 800 pixels.
  • the ability to display 16bit (thousands of colours) graphics or better.
